1. Services and Limitations

Cleaning Company provides residential and commercial cleaning services as described on our website. We reserve the right to refuse services that are outside the scope of our expertise or hazardous to our staff. We do not handle biohazardous materials, pest infestations, or structural repairs.

2. Appointments and Cancellations

Appointments are scheduled on a first‑come, first‑served basis. You may cancel or reschedule an appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may be subject to interest at the maximum rate permitted by law.

4. Liability Disclaimer

While we strive to provide high‑quality services, Cleaning Company is not responsible for pre‑existing damages or defects in your property. Our liability is limited to the value of the cleaning service provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

5. Customer Obligations

You agree to provide a safe working environment and disclose any known hazards. Pets must be secured during service. If our staff encounter unsafe conditions, services may be halted at our discretion.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved in the courts located within California.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
